Lydia Feldman: I've initiated this blog space to explore the world of health and fitness in a fun, light-hearted and hopefully, productive way. I live in the glorious ever changing city of San Francisco with my favorite person, my husband Jeremy. I teach at the Dailey Method in the East Bay and in the Mission and will soon be certified to teach Pilates. Being healthy makes me happy, but unhealthy foods and activities do to! yikes! -- So this is an honest, personal and inquisitive forum to find the balance of healthy living, thinking and having fun.
